In 2016 the Iowa Restaurant Association inaugurated the Stars of Hospitality Program to celebrate people who have made a career in the restaurant industry by working at a single establishment and/or for a company for 20+ consecutive years. We recognize the importance of these team members to your business, but also celebrate the professionalism they exhibit day in and day out.
