ServSafe Alcohol

ServSafe Alcohol is a nationally recognized responsible alcohol service program. The course was developed by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation to help restaurants and bars ensure that front-of-the-house staff is prepared for every situation.

ServSafe Alcohol training can be presented in several ways. A trainer can provide onsite training to your restaurant and bar staff or there is an online course available. Regardless of format, the ServSafe Alcohol course offers indepth information on alcohol law, recognition of intoxication levels, ID checking, and techniques for dealing with difficult situations. Both the online and classroom versions include a final certification exam appropriate for all front-of-the-house staff, including bartenders, waiters, hosts, busers, security and valets.
